Shipping Policy

  • Invent’re strives to ensure that the products are delivered in the shortest time possible. All orders are packed and shipped within 3-5 working days to the provided address. (Subject to transit conditions and provision of correct pin code).
  • Typical delivery timelines by our logistic partners are approx. 5-7 working days from the day of shipment.
  • Please note that while we have a robust logistic network ,there could be rare instances wherein the order could get delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. In such instances Invent’re strives to ensure necessary updates are provided to you.

7 Days Exchange Guarantee

Our aim at Invent're is to ensure that our customer is fully satisfied with the product fit. In order to do that, we guarantee the exchange of any product for whatever reason, within a period of 7 days, from the date of delivery to the customer. However, the product you wish to return must be unused and unwashed. It must be in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, to be exchangeable. Altered, washed, soiled or damaged products will not be accepted. Invent're reserves the right to reject any exchange request if the product appears to have been used.

In case you receive an incorrect product

In case you receive a different product from what you ordered; we would exchange the product free of cost if intimated within 7 days on receipt of the product. Kindly email us with the details on info@inventre.in

Size/Colour Change?

  • If you have ordered a wrong size/colour, it can be returned by placing an exchange request through email within 7 days on receipt of the product.
  • We will exchange the size/colour of the product, as stated in your email.
  • However, we are sorry - we are unable to exchange one product for another product.

Exchange Time Frame

We have created Drop Off Locations where you can drop the exchangeable products once you have emailed to us your exchange request at info@inventre.in. In certain cases, we might use our delivery partners to pick up the product you wish to exchange. Approximate timeline for any exchange is typically 12 to 15 working days, however we try our best to ensure the exchange product reaches you at the earliest.

Exchange procedure

  • Please send an email to info@inventre.in.
  • Please mention your Order Number in the subject line and the words 'Exchange request'.
  • Please remember to kindly write all relevant details in terms of the items you wish to return and what you need instead , in the email body.
  • We shall then email the Exchange Procedure to you.

Cancellations

Only COD orders can be cancelled in part or whole and only before their dispatch. Please send us an email at info@inventre.in before the order is dispatched and let us know which items you require us to cancel.

Returns

Only exchanges are allowed.
