Shipping Policy

  • Invent’re will ensure that the products are delivered in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. All orders are shipped within 7-10 working days to the provided address. (Subject to transit conditions).
  • Although we strive hard to deliver the orders in the given turnaround time, however, the order could take 10-15 working days for delivery during the peak orders days.
  • There could be rare instances wherein the order could get delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.

7 Days Exchange Guarantee

Inventre Eduservices Private Limited (“Invent’re”), being an e-commerce platform aims to ensure that its customer are fully satisfied with the product fit. In order to do that, we guarantee the exchange of any product for whatever reason, within a period of 7 days, from the date of delivery to the customer. However, the product you wish to return must be unused and unwashed. 
It must be the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, to be exchangeable. Altered, washed, soiled or damaged products will not be accepted. Invent’re reserves the right to reject any exchange request if the product looks used.

In case you receive an incorrect product

In case you receive a different product from what you ordered; we would exchange the product free of cost if intimated within 7 days on receipt of the product. Kindly email us with the details on

Size/Colour Change?

  • If you have ordered a wrong size/colour, it can be returned by placing an exchange request through email within 7 days on receipt of the product.
  • We will exchange the size of the product, as stated in your email.
  • We cannot exchange one product for another product.

Exchange Time Frame

We have created Drop Off Locations where you can drop the exchangeable products once you have emailed to us your exchange request at In some cases, we might use our Courier partner to pick you the product you wish to exchange. Time cycles for an exchange is typically 12 to 15 days.

Only COD orders can be cancelled in part or whole only before dispatch. Please send us an email at before the order is dispatched and let us know what are the items you need to cancel


Only exchanges are allowed. Returns will be discouraged.
